Gould gloves knitting pattern
Right Glove

Cuff: Cast on 24 stitches in bulky yarn on size 10 needles. Work in st st for 3 ½ in.
Cut yarn leaving 6 in. tail, switch to sock yarn and one size 3 needle in the right hand.
Knit 1 row, then implement the second size 3 needle from here on.
Work in st st for 2 ½ in.

Thumb Gore: K24, place marker, inc 1 st in next st, k2, inc 1 st in next st, pm, k20. (50 stitches on needle)
*Stocking st for 3 rows.
K24, slip marker, inc 1 st in next st, knit to 1 st before next marker, inc 1 st in next st, slip marker, knit to end of row.* (52 stitches)
Knit from * to * 5 more times. (62 sts)
Purl 1 row.

Thumb: K42, turn.

Hello...

This is a strange submission of mine, because, it is not my art.
I'm nearly certain it's not copywritten, however.
Rather, this picture may be of the supernatural sort.
It was provided to me by an unknown entity.
That's why I am submitting it; I'd like to know if anyone has seen it before.


So! If you have EVER seen this picture before, please comment and tell me what it is!
If you have never seen it, however, your comments are still appreciated.
Basically, what does this picture mean to you?
I'm hoping that through your answers I can finally come to some realization.

Also, sorry for the terrible resolution; the original was, quite appropriately, "Lost".

It's not necessarily that I'd prefer not to tell it, it's just that it's so long and strange that it would take a while and end up confusing us both.
Basically, a friend and I shared a youtube page for a while, and one day a video was on our account, which neither of us uploaded.
When we played it, it was this "Lost" picture zooming in slowly and really scary piano music in the background. Inhumanly scary.
And about 30 minutes later when we went to watch it again, the video was deleted.
Just a weird story... I'm still trying to find the video, so that I can learn the song on piano. The song was just diabolically terrifying...
